Peter A. Koziol, Esq.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Koziol had over 13 years of experience in the multimedia, interactive and publishing industries. He worked in-house on the IT, QA and development teams for multimillion dollar products produced at both small and large publishers, including powerhouse conglomerates such as McGraw Hill, Houghton Mifflin, and Vivendi Universal. He has experience working directly with artists, musicians, software engineers, producers, sr. executives and directors.
Mr. Koziol's inside experience provides insight into the issues faced by both small and large businesses, and in particular those encountered by publishers and software developers. He has a strong affinity for creative minds and the fruits of their labor. He assists publishers, authors, entrepreneurs and other rights holders secure, maintain, defend, protect, strengthen, license, transfer and exchange their intellectual property rights.
